Sleep for Science

School Transition Project
In a series of visits, a number of Rhode Island students contributed to an important study of how teens adjust (or do not) their sleep patterns when school start time changes from 8:25 to 7:20 am. This project, supported by NIMH, provided important impetus for our research models about adolescent sleep regulation.
